Karroll Hoffman started her career 20 years ago at Uptown Vocational Center where she completed a Pharmacy Technician Certification Program. Successfully passing the Certification Exam, she later became an instructor at that Center. Ms. Hoffman worked as a technician in various retail and hospital settings which enhanced her experience. Later in the year 2000 she opened her own Adult Education Center and published the "Retail Pharmacy Technician Manual". Karroll earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education at Chicago State University. With over 15 years of experience Ms. Hoffman taught at Chicago State University Continuing Education Department, Everest College, Teamwork Englewood, and YCCS serving over 500 Pharmacy Technician students.
