Cook like a pro  while leaning culinary art skills and techniques. In this course, you will learn and practice making some amazing dishes and desserts. Dishes like chicken on a pita, fried hot wings,  and homemade butter pound cake with rum icing,  all from the  comfort of your own kitchen and google classroom. Every week you will receive all of the ingredients that you will need to cook entire recipes on your own, while leaning cooking techniques. This course also covers  the skills needed to earn a Safeserve Certification that you can use to find employment in food service and restaurant businesses, as well as, learning the fundamentals of the catering business.
Culinary Arts is a school-to-career path training program for high school students interested in the restaurant and foodservice industry. The skill-sets students will develop will serve as a foundation for obtaining employment or business opportunities in the foodservice or restaurant business or to pursue further study in culinary arts.
